DCW allots 16.66 lakh equity shares on conversion of OCDs

DCW has allotted 16,66,666 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each at a conversion price of Rs 18 per share (including premium of Rs 16 each) on conversion of 300 Optionally Convertible Debentures.

Consequent upon allotment of the above shares, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 55,53,94,074/ - consisting of 27,76,97,037 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 55,87,27,406/ - consisting of 27,93,63,703 equity shares of Rs 2/ - each.
