The Board of Saianand Commercial at its meeting held on 04 July 2022 has approved sub- division of company's 1 (One) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each into 10 (Ten) equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each subject to approval by shareholders in forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
