Board of Jindal Steel & Power approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 15 July 2022

The Board of Jindal Steel & Power at its meeting held on 15 July 2022 has appointed Ramkumar Ramaswamy and Sunil Kumar Agrawal, as Additional Directors in the category of Executive Directors of the Company with immediate effect. The Board also accepted the resignation of Shallu Jindal, Non-Executive Director with effect from 15 July 2022.
