Board of IIFL Finance approves fund raising via NCD issuance

The Board of IIFL Finance at its meeting held on 23 June 2022 has approved the raising of funds by way of issuance of Secured Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures with the shelf limit of Rs. 5000 crore, in one or more tranches, through public issue, subject to regulatory and statutory approvals, as applicable.
