The Board of Goodluck India at its meeting held on 06 June 2022 has approved issue of up to 12,90,000 warrants on preferential basis at an exercise price of Rs 305 per underlying equity share of the face value of Rs. 2/- each (including a premium of Rs. 303/- per equity share) or such higher issue price as may be determined as per the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018, to the promoter category on preferential issue basis.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
