Bandhan Bank announced that Raji Thekedathumadam Subramani Gain (DIN: 07256149), Independent Director of the Bank, has completed her second term as an Independent Director of the Bank on 05 August 2022. Accordingly, Gain has ceased to be a Director on the Board of the Bank, with effect from the close of business hours on -5 August 2022.
