with reference to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November 2018 and SEBI/HO/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19 2023 in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Corporates (LC) disclosures and compliances thereof by such Large Corporates we submit that our Company-MPS Infotecnics Limited does not fall under the Large Corporate (LC) Category as per the framework provided in the said circular.

We are enclosing herewith the Certificate issued by our RTA M/s. MAS Services Limited confirming compliance under reg. 74(5) of the SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018 for the Quarter Ended March 31 2025.Kindly take the above information on your records.

Disclosure of defaults on payment/repayment of principal amount on loans from banks and financial institutions for the Quarter Ended March 31 2025.

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (PIT) regulations 2015 and code of conduct made thereunder we would like to inform you that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all directors designated persons insiders and their immediate relatives connected persons shall be closed from April 01 2025 till completion of 48 hours from the announcement/declaration of the Audited Financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Year Ending on March 31 2025.
