Approved the appointment of Mrs. Nikita Karnani as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (KMP) of the company w.e.f. 01/01/20252. Accepted the Resignation of Mrs. Varsha Shirgurkar from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company w.e.f. 01/01/2025.
