V.Nagarajan & Co Practising Company Secretary as Secretarial Auditor of the Company under section 204(1) of the Companies Act 2013 for the Financial Year 2019-20.<BR> 2. Appointment of M/s. RSM & Associates Chartered Accountants as Internal Auditors of the Company under section 138(1) of the Companies Act 2013 for the Financial Year 2019-20.<BR> 3. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.<BR>
