Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulation 2015 the Board of Directors have approved the following business:- On recommendation of NRC the Board of Directors has re-appointed Sh. R.A. Kabra as Whole Time Director w.e.f 19.11.2024.- On recommendation of NRC the Board of Directors has appoint Shri M.K. Soni as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director w.e.f 14.11.2024.- Appointment of Shri Anil Kumar Jain as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.
