Artson Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/04/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday 24th April 2025 to consider and approve inter alia the Audited Financial Results (AFR) for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2025.Further in terms of the Tata Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices (the Code) please be informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed from 21st March 2025 till 48 hours of the public announcement of the aforesaid AFR.
